• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any RV campground suggestions?
How close do you want to be? There is a KOA just up the road I think it's officially in Lead, but could be Central City, Day's of 76 campground is right next door to the rodeo grounds where they have the vendors and The Steel Wheel is a popular campground about 10 miles out of town, along with Wild Bills and another that I think is the Fishn Fry.

Got our reservations at Cole cabins look nice a little rustic but were are accustomed to that and find the rates very reasonable.

There are several campgrounds around Piedmont, Sturgis, and Whitewood. All are just a short ride down 85 or through Boulder Canyon to get to Deadwood... plus you can catch Sturgis when the fleecing isn’t quite so bad.
