• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

between me and my girl our spyder have a sh!$ load of esi products ..
1st off never had an issue with installation 2nd had no problem with customer service ... i work with the public also .... sometimes no matter what you do you cant please everyone .... i've even called evan on non-esi related problems and he has answered them for me ... for instance the other day my "brake falure" code came on i put call into lamont first (which he did call me back) and then evan ... he told me what problem might be and was right .... another time me and dee rode to lamonts last year ... i lost the taillight on my trailer which are harley taillights ...i called evan he was away on a sales trip and his associate Jody called him and they shipped part to lamonts overnight .....
you cant pay for that type of service .... and i will always and continue to do business with them ......:D

As for ESI i have never had a bad time with them if they did not answer the phone you can bet they called me with in 5 minutes. If you have a problem you can certainly ask the people of this forum i'am sure someone will help they do for me. As for attitudes we all have our moments.

OP, you should really call them like they asked you to in the first place and not continue to drag this out.

We have also purchased several products from ESI. I was having a fun time trying to get the Fender Tips Kit to flash the day runners and fender lights like it was supposed to. My wife called ESI for me, and I spoke with Jody for a little while. He explained what needed to be done as far as making sure I was completing a circuit, and shortly after I got them working. Notice, I said my wife called as I am usually stubborn and will keep hitting myself with the hammer until I finally decide it is not working. ;) Now to the interesting point of this story. Jody actually called me back the next day, while they were on there way to a family event, to make sure I had them installed and working properly. That was something that was never expected, and goes way beyond good customer service.

I told Jody thanks for calling then, and I will gladly post it publicly here as well. :thumbup:
