• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The BRP site lists phone number 888-864-2002 is you want to talk to a representative. I dial the number, but nothing happens, no recorded messages, no dial tone, nothing! Is there something else that I need to do? I've seen references to someone named Carlos (I think), but have no idea how to reach him. Can someone help?

Mike

Thanks Scotty! I usually search for previous posts, but didn't think about it this time. Appreciate your help. I've written to Carlo.

This one, along with some other key links, is actually listed on the right side of the SpyderLovers home page.

I don't think they work Mondays. I have never had a response from them then.

My problem with the phone is that the call just died, it never rang, or went to voice mail, nothing. And it did this several times. I sent email to Carlo, but received a message back stating that they were not answering email until July 6th.

Customer support (715-848-4957 OR 819-566-3366 ) First # USA, second # is for Canada.

These are #'s Carlo refers you to on his voice mail message- he is out of the office till July 6:(

Calling Customer support is (to me) a joke. Called last Thurs.= closed for Jean Baptiste day- called monday- closed. Called Tues. got a message stating all service reps are busy. try later.

Thurs. is Canada day, so I assume they'll close for that since Jean Baptiste day seems so important...

3 day work weeks...? not enough reps to answer phones...:chill:

day 24 my Spyder held hostage in service dept. because they don't know how to fix it.

2 months this year I've garaged my Spyder. 4 months in Service Dept. garage.

Does someone have Carlo's supervisor's name and address? If so PM me- I have a Spyder I want them to take off my hands...nojoke

I registered to go to the Chicago Spyder event. Thank god I had a friend to visit otherwise i may have been out $$ cancelling a motel room.
I desperately want to do Lamont's BBQ and SitS again this year, but have held off getting a room or registering for SitS because I can't depend on RELIABLE transportation.

I sent an email last Thursday and received a reply that I can expect to be contacted on the July 6th. Between holidays and the owners event I don't think you can expect to get much help until the 6th.
