• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I've had the ESI HID's since day one and have not had a problem. Why not go with what you know that works?

Well, I didn't know that there was any problem with any of them. Also, they were a gift - so I did not choose them.:dontknow:

With all of these comments; I realize that there is a difference. :lecturef_smilie:

So, I will definately try to get the ESI or what is best. :2thumbs:

Has there been a problem with the ones CAN AM advertise? The xenon-HID?

Shouldn't be a problem with the official Can-Am ones--- other than they are WAY overpriced. They sell them with totally new lens units-- which is overkill.

While I'm using non-ESI HID's in mine and don't seem to have any big problems-- considering your situation--- I would get the ESI ones and give them a shot....

Not really. Havent seen any posts on them. The real question is what makes Can-am think thier lights are worth SO MUCH.
Here is a set on Ebay:yikes::yikes::yikes:

Sounds like ESI is the way to go $$$wise. I may just get the CAN-AM ones just so problems [if they occur] can't be blamed on "third party" accessories. My dealer and I have been very patient with each other and alot of time spent on troubleshooting the root cause of this intermittent problem. At this time, :pray:there is no problem and I have all the stock lights back in. We've agreed with each other to try something else - AFTER - S I T S. :2thumbs:
