• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cleaning the inside of instrument cluster?

I have a moisture stain on the inside of my instrument cluster ( 2015 F3s ) caused by condensation. Have any of you opened the cluster to clean the inside of the lense? I am guessing there are a few out there with the same issue. Your ideas, suggestions and pictures would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like there’s a lens in front of the cluster that can be removed. Part 349a. I bet if there is moister its on that lens not inside the actual gauge. Dash would need removed. Watch Pierre’s videos on how to replace/remove the dash.

I have replaced the acrylic cover and not that hard to do. After removing the cluster, there are a few tabs around the outside, use a small screwdriver to release tabs and it will pull off. When cleaned just snap back on

Newbie question.

Where do I find these Pierre’s videos?

Edit. Stand down, think it found them and ya know that blokes looks vaguely familiar haha.

Bookmarked for later viewing .
