I have a 2012 RT-S with 10,000 miles and this machine has been flawless. Went ryding with a friend this morning and notice that the Check Engine Light briefly came on and then the "R" light and the "Oil" light started flashing and the gear indicator starting to cycle thru R, N, 1, 2, 3, 4, the back down in reverse, 4,3,2,1,R while I was traveling at 40 MPH. Once that happened, the gear indicator showed "E" and stayed on "E" until I shut the bike down. When I stopped, the bike would not let me shift to any other gear and it didn't automatically downshift to 1st. I had to shut the bike off, let it set, checked the oil level and restarted. The bike performed normally but then started again as I started to upshift thru the gears. I immediately rode the bike to my dealer and they are looking at it now. Has anyone seen this issue before? Thanks for any input.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thanks so much for the reply everyone. I have passed on the information to my dealer Central Florida Powersports. Central Florida Powersports is just an awesome dealer. When I took my ryde in yesterday they gave me a 2013 RT loaner while they work the issue. They are the best!
