• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

can am trailer

I believe that BRP offers several options for containing and controlling the cargo; check your accessory catalog.

I carry 2 bag chairs in the bottom of the trailer. I put the cooler in the front compartment door. The chairs keep it from sliding around. They kind of butt up to the back of the cooler. Usually end up with so much stuff that nothing could move anyway.

I bought a cargo net from Wal Mart and wove long bungie cords across the top and bottom and attached them midway across the trailer. I also carry two folding chairs that lay front to back along both sides. The cooler fits between those chairs and is held in place from sliding forward by the cargo net and from sliding back by a plastic milk crate that contains my spare gas can, my air compressor, tire repair kit and cleaning supplies.

That all weighs about 20 pounds or so and is counter balanced in the front by luggage and other items.

Remember, the 622 maximum is just a little over 50 pounds so the cooler could be more than half of the payload.

I use 2 router pads that cover the floor of the trailer. The pads are about 1/8" thick and are excellent non-skid pads. Most anything placed on them stay put and do not slid around. A cheap quick solution. They can be purchased at any woodworking supply such as Rockler or Grizzley.

The BRP cargo blocks (two sets) work well for ours. There are right angled plastic block with velcro on the bottom, that stick to the RT-622 carpet. You could probably make an equivalent from wood blocks and the hook side of some velcro. We also have their Cargo Management System, which I highly recommend, but is not what holds our cooler in place.
