I don't know about everyone else's number, but mine looked like an all "alpha" number and it didn't work. After looked at it and trying different combinations it finally worked, but the i and o in the 2nd and 3rd positions were really a 1 and ZER0 yet the i in the middle was really an i. Tough to read their number, but don't give up it will probably work.

Look at the folder where the card was attached. The code is printed there. The difference between the i and the 1 can be seen there.

Last December 1 I ordered my RT and it arrived at the dealer January 29. In February I paid for it and I rode it home in mid-March. As of today's mail I've received nothing from BRP. Oh, I stand corrected: my recall letter came two weeks ago. Of course my dealer doesn't have the parts.

Received mine 2 months after getting my RT, Not a big deal. They sent some advertising cards to give to people that inquire about the RT and a picture of an RT with your name and ID # on it. The id is for you to sign into the SPYDER ryder website sponsored by BRP. :2thumbs:

I got mine this past Saturday which was about 70 days after I took delivery. I think the packet and all the contents was pretty darn cool. :2thumbs:

You know...BRP didn't have to send out diddley squat. Yes, it took me a couple times to get the code input right. It's some unusual font they're using so an I might be a #1 and an O might be a zero (or vice versa). A little patience and I got registered from an enthusiast to an owner pretty much without much grief.

Not into patches or pins that much, but still pretty cool to get them. Far better than getting nothing!

Owner Card

Got mine after two months. Tried to sign on to their special website, but it would not accept my owner number. Responded to BRP a week ago. No followup on their part.

Same with us, got the packet, tried to upgrade from enthusiast to owner and the site won't let me. I've emailed them 3 times, no response. I suppose I'll call when I get a chance.

After reading your post I looked back at the folder. Sure enough, what was an I on the owners card was a 1 on the folder. Tried again and ... it worked. Thanks!

I wouldnt worry about getting on the BRP website if you cant get through. This site provides the best information by far, for all things Spyder.

Interchanged a 1 for what looked like an I and got my status updated to "owner". Now, for my 5k pin!
