Has anyone had problems getting items from Buschtec in a timely manner?:gaah: I ordered a low profile safety chain hitch on the 11th of this month and was told it would go in the mail that day.:lecturef_smilie: Called several times they say it's been shipped. I know the snail mail is slow but..... Just wondering, not pissed yet but getting close.:cus:

Seems like a tracking number might solve the issue.

Highly unusual, in our experience. John and his staff are tops in customer service. Maybe the USPS is the issue???

USPS can be tracked, depending on which service they used. Probably 1st class or flat rate box.

I do a lot of shipping and USPS is usually pretty good. However, there have been issues. Like 2 weeks to go from East Tennessee to Philadelphia, PA. Or getting stuff delivered to a neighbor or even have stuff returned as "Undeliverable" when all the address information was correct.

Bushtec should be able to produce evidence that it was shipped, ship another one or give you a refund. Refunds are usually not a great deal when it's a propriatary part that you can't make or get anywhere else.

What does Bushtec say about it?
