• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP Handlebar bag

I was looking for a small handlebar bag that would work on the Spyder to store small items like a cell phone, camera or sunglasses for example, and I found this one. I ordered it from my Skidoo dealer. Even though it is made for Skidoo snowmobiles, I was able to fit it to the Spyder using small velcro straps around the loops that would normaly attach to the Skidoo handlebars. It sits real well on the Spyder handlebar cover. It has a zipper opening on the back edge of the bag for easy access. This bag is from the 2007 Skidoo accessory catolog P/N 280000094.

I like it since you can never have enough places to store stuff, but I paid for the SM5/990 handlebar inserts and I have to let them show.

I went with the tank bag...bigger and a little more functional...

Your option ain't so shabby though...enjoy!

Looks good! I took the cheap way out and used a fanny pack that I already had, just cut the straps, added some velcro... and walah! It holds my cell phone, glasses, sunscreen, and anything else deemed necessary and it was probably less than 15 bucks. Now I can put all that xtra $$ towards the risers I had installed at Daytona by Magic Man... they look great and make my ride much more comfortable!
