• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The 2 5mm Screws in the front/Side facing that have to be removed So the Bar/Swivel in front can go in "DO NOT want to untighten???" I,m sure someone else has had this happen?
Also the kit includes 6 rubber washers But does Not have 2 washers that go on that front swivel bar?

Can anyone help??

Sorry, I can help with the 5mm screws, mine came out ok, your 6 rubber washers are 2 for each side between the screen and the mounting plate, and 2 for the swivel mechanism between the screen and mounting point. I had trouble getting the washers to stay put, so put a very very light smear of silicone on them to hold them on to the mounting points.

They have yellow Lock tight on them, try using a heat gun on the screws to free the locktight up.

There are 2 flats on ONE end of the swivel bar so you can put a spanner on it to hold the bar so you can tighten/loosen the 2 bolts. do this before you put the screen on.
Also be careful with the 2 small front ones ie .hand screw the 2 front ones in to the swivel bar (BRP have not drilled the holes in the screen to allow for the angle that the bolts go in to swivel bracket. I had to drill them out a bit to avoid cross threading them in the swivel bracket.
Do not forget to put the 2 1/2 rubber washers in or the screen will bounce around. They have to sit precisely on the edge of the bit near the gauge.

OK- Got the front bolt in but it moves back and forth -No Washers in kit AND the 2 Upper supports when screwed in are Not at All Sturdy- You could move them with a easy push?? Do you need big rubber washers to make the two upper supports attach a little more sturdy? Very Poor instructions!!!

The 2 bolts/screws that go in to the round front pivot bolt should be tightened up holding the round pivot on one side where there are flats to put an open ended spanner on it.

The 2 bolts that go in near the gauges have 1/2 round rubber washers. This is NOT in the instructions and do not appear in parts list. They should have been stuck inside the screen bracket.
You use the new bolts and black round metal bushes. Push the screen bracket down so the rubber washer sits in between the new round metal washer and the gauge bracket. then do up the side bolts.
Is it an F3 or an F3S. F3S has solid metal side brackets. The f3 side brackets are made up of 2 pieces.
