My neighborhood butcher sells chocolate covered baconnojoke, haven't tried it, though the idea is delicious. Maybe I'll buy a couple and take them home. I expect my wife will think I'm completely crazy. :roflblack: Maybe not, better she just suspect than have confirmation.

At the Bluenose Rally in Nova Scotia they deep fat fry SLAB bacon for their breakfast meal along with a couple of fresh Canadian eggs with toast and jelly donated by one of the members of the club. Um Um Good Can't wait for July. :yes::yes:

Ever hear of a "Bacon Explosion"? It's about a pound of bulk sausage pressed flat and rolled in a lattice of bacon, then baked. There's a rub and bbq sauce involved, too. I've made it a couple of times, but it's gone before I get to the table.:sour:
