I just got a quote from a Spyder dealer for the BEST extended warranty.

12 months $899
24 months $1199
36 months $1499

How do these prices compare with your current warranties ? Do you feel it is worth it ? These prices were quoted to me from Paoli, Pa. ( Crossroads Powersports )

No deductible.

The best warranty is sold by many dealers, it is the same warranty being sold at all dealers but the price is very different at each dealer for the same thing. You need to check with other dealers Call and ask Imotorsports https://www.imotorsportsinc.com/ 630-529-5200 one of our sponsors here at SpyderLovers and see what they get for the BEST warranty, make sure and tell them your a SpyderLover member. Than come back and tell us what price you got there. Remember the BEST Warranty is good at any BRP Dealer no matter where you bought the warranty.

Remember $671 for 3 years of best from IMOTORSPORTS, THOMAS PALMER (630)634-8428

T.P.

Tell him you are a SPYDER LOVERS member

Sierra Cycles in Arizona sells a 36 month BEST warranty for $671.00 Ask for Dave. Anyone, anywhere can purchase it as long as your initial 24 month warranty is still in effect. Have your VIN number with you when you call.

See posts #2, #5 & #6 above. They show you where you can obtain the BEST warranty for three years for less than $700. Each dealer sets their own price on the BEST warranty. Some are more greedy than others.

It's your money and its your Spyder.

Do you mind posting who you worked with at iMotorsports? I’ll be looking to purchase a BEST extended warranty in the near future too.

Bought BEST warranty for the wife F3L today. Added 3 yrs for $671. Sierra Cycles in Arizona.

Same here on my 2020 RT.

All they need is your VIN# and your credit card info. It appeared to me that they activated the warranty online while I was on the phone with them. I was told that I might not get any paperwork for the warranty but it should show up on any dealer's system should I need to have warranty work done. I might call and check in a few weeks just to be sure.

BTW, the dealer that I bought my RT from last September wanted $1599 for the same exact warranty.

That bothers me, I’d like to hear from others to know if they received any paperwork with their BEST warranty. I cannot imagine buying a CanAm product that doesn’t have written policy...they have to at a minimum spell out what’s not covered and deductible. WJH, who did you buy yours from?

The dealer I purchased mine from tried to sell me a third party warranty for that price while also telling me they are on of the 3 largest dealers (by volume) in the US for CanAm sales. Told them no thanks I can get an actual CanAm extended warranty for less than half.

Bought from Sierra Cycles in AZ (520-459-2589), talk to Steve, Barry or David. I think Barry is the owner and David is his son.

My understanding is that the policy is just an extension of the original warranty - you get 3 more years of the factory warranty so there is no need for an extensive policy documentation process: It is BRP's warranty - not an aftermarket warranty.

What I meant by paperwork in my post above was some proof of purchase of what I paid for and if I don't get that in the next couple of weeks, I will give them a call.

My personal opinion of course but $671 for 3 years of factory warranty extension is a heck of a bargain and I am not going to kick up too much of a fuss on how they package/sell it - Sierra appears to be a reputable dealer so I am not too concerned at this point about paperwork. I did pay with a credit card so there is some recourse should I find out something fishy about the deal.

When I purchased the (3) year B.E.S.T. from T. Palmer at IMotorsports, I got both a .pdf copy of my electronically signed purchase contract and an email acknowledgement from BRP. I printed both for my records.
