• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Auxiliary Lights ?

.

Thank you Sir,
I'll either ( plan A) wire to the fogs or (plan B) wire to a switch on the dash and fused line to the battery.

I would suggest you buy from eBay or Amazon some connectors with pigtails that fit the fog light harness connectors and connect those to your new lights. Also get the OEM fog light switch, or equivalent, as a repair part for the RT. Plug the switch into the harness at the switch cluster where the other switches are. You do have a blank at the far right of the switch cluster, right? Or have you used it for a USB outlet or whatever? There is no pressing need to muck with running a wire to the battery. The current capacity of the OEM fog light harness will easily handle whatever LED lights you install.

If you need help finding the right parts to order let us know.

Bright

.

I fired them up tonight and they make the LED headlights look dim. But when the headlights are on " brights" and the auxiliary and fogs are on----- can you say daylight nojoke

I am going to re-orient the LED in the auxiliary lights by 45* to see if it gets a flatter beam.

Update:
Trick LED got back to me very quickly ( even though I didn't buy from them ) and said I need to reorient the lights.GOOD customer service!!!

Do you feel like these "washout" the turn signals as all being that close to them?

Surely the Driving lights aren't still on if anyone is close enough to want to see the turn signal lights?? :dontknow:

Certainly here in Oz, where we are required to 'dim' our lights when we see an approaching vehicle, leaving your 'brights' on with anyone that close would get you a fairly 'bright' flash or 6 in response; if not a handful of tickets &/or maybe even an impounded vehicle!! The last, especially if you were 'speeding'!!
