• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Are you still riding in the Northeast?

Rode today! My first long ride as an owner!!!!! Loved every second!:2thumbs::2thumbs::2thumbs::2thumbs::2thumbs: One more tomorrow and away she goes for the winter.

Was 25 degrees this morning when we rolled out for a toy run in the next county over. dropped the toys off, and headed for a Veterans Gold Star Family Memorial dedication and unveiling in Fairmont WV. A Medal of Honor recipient Marine that fought on Iwo Jima was the key speaker. it was a somber experience. For those who do not know what a Gold Star Family is, they are the families of fallen military. Anywho, at 25 degrees and 55 mph the heated hand grips front and rear sure came in handy for us. never even got chilled.

We're planning on a "100 miler" today; the first decently-long ride in quite a while...

...Pending the outcome of the thermometer's climb to a reasonable height! (For the Missus!)

its 36 degrees here and a balmy 39 degrees in Grahamsville and we're only 10 miles apart. My wife wants to put up xmas decorations and I want to ride, maybe I can meet with you (ignore the black eye)

I don't mind the temperatures; I find that the Low Sun in the sky, can be really problematic...

If it's not at your back; it's definitely in your eyes! :gaah:

Crisp 2 hours

I was able to get out for a couple of hours today. They said it was supposed to be 55 and sunny, but it never got above 50 and it was mostly cloudy. Stayed to the secondary areas and kept expressway to a minimum. It was chilly, but December riding is a bonus no matter how you look at it. Speaking of looking at it, man did I get looks today? It must be the holiday spirit........

We got out for 105 mile ride today. 22F this morning when we woke up and freezing FOG:yikes: 28 when we left the house, black ice at few locations had to be careful. It did manage to creep up to 50 in the afternoon.

Managed to get in another's 100 mile ride today, temp. never reached 60 but it was a great ride.

Glad to see that you guys are still getting out, we have been away and have missed some great riding days here.
