• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Are there any vets (pet doctor) in the house? Need advice please if so...

Would greatly appreciate any advice if there are any vets here. Long story short we have a dog that is having a medical condition that in our vet's words "has baffled every vet she knows in Mid-MO". I'm not ready to give up on him but my vet is out of options on what to do to treat him :( He's spent more time staying at the vet than at my house for the last 3 weeks. Please PM me or respond here if there are any and I could then give more details about his condition. Many thanks in advance.

Thanks Cincy. I'm just not ready to give up on him yet. I found him as a stray at my work. I've always wondered why his owner didn't want to keep him. He's a Greyhound mix. Such a beautiful dog. A year after I found him I realized why they might've gotten rid of him. He has a serious heart condition. He suffered a stroke last year but we are now managing his heart condition and he is doing well with that. Now he has this other condition with his GI. It has dragged him down to near death twice now :(

I know some people treat their pets as pets and I understand that but Lucky is family to me. I've spent close to $1500 on him already and will continue to do so until I can no longer afford it. I just want to find him some help :(

Hopefully, you can find a solution. Pets are family for me too. I currently have three wonderful cats. All rescue cats.
