• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone have seen one of these

I think that is a Seal Product. If I am right he had them at Red Rock Spyder Rally. Very good looking very well made. He is using them on a regular basis and no nicks in the paint yet.

I have one of his first. Bought it at the Red Rocks Rally in 2016. I like it and it is very functional, however it will still damage the paint where the suction cups ride. With the vibration and opening and closing the Trunk Lid I have scratches all the way down to the black plastic. Now, with that being said, I frequently took off the rack and washed my bike and rack so I'm pretty sure that was not my problem. Would I buy it again? Yes I would, I like the ease of removing and cleaning my bike and rack with out either on being in the way. It is a very sturdy rack and works for what I bought it for. Seal Products are well built items, but if you are looking for a rack that can be clamped on and removed with out damaging the finish, not sure the two ideas will go together. This is only my observations with owning one and opinion.

I own one and like it is not very frequently used however. It is well built and I like being able to remove it easily. I do think it's a little heavy, I believe the platform is about twice as thick as it needs to be. You shouldn't be putting that much weight back there anyway. Overall it's a good product and I would buy it again.

not needed

have looked at several makes of these but cant see a use for it my spyder has more room than i can use either i dont pack enough or i pack better than i thought but some do look good and if you need it its better than pulling a trailer all the time:yes::yes:

rack

I just talked to John Anderson, inventor/owner, and I will give it a serious consideration. I am concerned of paint scratches.

I should have mine tomorrow, I had some protective 3' circles made by wrap my spyder. I'm only going to use mine probably 2-3 times a year......I post pics when I get the rack, the wrap my spyders circles are all ready here.....:spyder2:

Maiden voyage - GREAT PRODUCT- SEAL REAR TOTE RACK

Attached is a picture of my maiden voyage of the SEAL REAR TOTE RACK.

Needed a little extra storage on the way to Spyder Fever, it was flawless, sturdy and great looking. Got to hotel took the rack off and took into the hotel room for the 4 day rally as I didn't need the extra storage during the rally. I did get some protective clear circles (3 inches round) to place under the contact points (Thanks Wrap My Spyder)

I will try and post a picture of the clear circles for placement, after 900 miles - no issues

Great product if you are looking for extra storage a few times a rear
