Anyone have instructions on how to replace Brake Pressure Switch on a 2011 Spyder RT?

Does anyone have installation instructions for replacing the brake pressure switch on a 2011 Can AM Spyder RT? The Original switch sticks and I purchased a new one - but the original switch looks like it was installed with pop-rivets. Respond via DM. Thanks

I have a 2011 Can Am Spyder RTS - wondering if there are some installation instructions to replace the brake pressure switch which is under where the cable attaches? My switch sticks and in looking at it, it is installed from BRP with Pop-Rivets, which I assume need to be drilled out and screws and nuts used to reattach??

There's no real need to use screws & nuts to reattach the replacement pressure switch. If it was originally secured by pop rivets, sure, you'll need to drill them out to remove it, but you can always/safely use similar sized/type pop rivets to reattach, altho it might be easier/less hassle to find & use appropriately sized bolts, washers, & lock nuts.

As for instructions, it's been a while since I last did one; but IIRC, it's a fairly straight forward reversal of the removal process - so if you take it off, just reverse that process to put the replacement back on.

Did you try to put some contact cleaner and wd 40 on the switch to see if that would clean and lube the old one?
