• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone contact F4 Customs re Windscreens lately?

That's the email address and phone number I've been using. So, two years ago they relocated to Florida but a few months ago changed ownership and relocated to Ohio. I wonder what's going on with them.

I'm trying to reach F4 Customs regarding an order I placed July 8 but haven't received. I've emailed and left VM message but no response yet. Does anyone have recent experience with them or knowledge about them?

I know they moved from Florida to Ohio earlier this year. The website has the new address as;

They might be on the road to a rally do you know of any going on now?

It's been over a month since I placed my order and they charged my PayPal and sent a confirming email. I've got a feeling that was an automatic process with their eCart because I've not heard from them since.

Order fulfillment, shipping, customer service requires human action. That's where I'm running into a giant black hole.
 
I don't know what their lead time is or what they told you; seems like a long time for a shield. My reply was for why you may not be reaching them quickly today, I'm thinking maybe they went to Sturgis. But they should watch their e-mail. I hope you hear something soon. It is a new owner now, back in Ohio.

Actually, I ordered the dual flag mounts, which the website said was in stock. I got a confirmation email from them and from PayPal. That was July 8, 2022.

I've not received from them the shipping confirmation that was promised. I've not heard from them about any problems with my order in any way.

They don't pick up the phone. They don't respond to emails. If I lived closer to them I would drive over there to see if they're even open for business.

I have a CVMA ride this weekend, so I'll look at making my own out of aluminum.

I ordered a windshield on July 25. Spoke to them yesterday and I was told that they were receiving windshields this week from their vendor. I'll see what will happen.
 
Update: PayPal approved my claim and refunded my payment to F4 Customs from a month ago. Case closed.

No help from F4 Customs with this other than telling me they would check with their drop-ship supplier.

This is why I use PayPal G&S. I've had nothing but good experience with it.
 
I’ve spoken via email to the owner. He’s a member of this group. Ordered a windshield thru a company here in Canada, had an issue with a bracket; emailed them both; got reply from both. Right part, new windshield installed, all’s good at my end!

Maybe that's their new business model...selling thru independent dealers? Why didn't you buy directly from F4?

What a shame. I bought the F4 windshield for my Ryker, before the new ownership. I’d hate to see a good product disappear from the market. I hope they get things together.
