• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any thoughts for arthritis comfort

Many thanks

As always, I appreciate all of the suggestions. I plan to try the suggestions. The thought of giving up riding the RT, or for that matter my bicycle is not pleasant.

My hand arthritis is mostly in my fingers and not my thumbs so I push the throttle between the thumb and hand and just relax my fingers this seems to keep the throttle in place without me having to grip it (of course I wear gloves).

I also have arthritis in my hips does anyone feel the Spyder is quite wide and is there a seat that would help make it feel thinner?

I use the original grip buddies on my RTS. It really helped with hand pain. Also a vendor on this site. Check them out. Much nicer feel than the OEM grips.

Have a bit of Arthritis myself; however have been able to eliminate most of the pain, by taking this natural herbal drink once a day: www.magicjuice.org This stuff has worked miracles for my arthritis and several other issues. Takes about a month to start working properly. Can't say enough about it. GUZZI

ya!

If you want to go the full Monty, get a set of Kuryakyn grips...the larger the grips the easier it is on the hands. The K throttle grip has a heel on the end to use with the heel of your palm making the use much easier. My 2 cents worth.:bowdown:smoky

they're called iso grips and they work great. just put some on about a month or so ago and it helped tremendously!:2thumbs:

Guzzi; I went to the sight and could not find out how many ounces per bottle?

Magic Juice comes in 20oz bottles. Wife and I both take it. 2 capfulls once a day. Bottle last us about 1 1/2 months. When starting out they recommend you use it twice a day for the first 2 weeks. I use a shot glass and chase it with tomato juice or orange juice. Can't take it straight, as the Vinegar, cayenne pepper, garlic and horseradish will gag you! LOL! It also got me of of Nexium for my acid reflux. Haven't taken ANYreflux meds, since I started using Magicjuice. Guzzi

Thnx for the quick reply. I may have to try it. I should read my posts before I send them, I meant to say site.:roflblack:My bad!
