• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any suggestions on a good riding camera - need one, after a road rage incident!

I had a road rage incident where a scum bag got mad that I went around him, so he tried to run me off the road. If I had had a cam, he would not have gotten away with it. I of course want one that is water proof and is decently priced. Any suggestions?

I have experienced that same problem. I will have to say that some people are just waiting for the rage.
I just wanted to 'get on down the road'.
So I made the pass and that should have been no problem.
This person must have been having a bad day. Now you know the rest of the Story.

Sorry, I don't have a suggestion for you about a camera. I hope you find what you need.

Maybe check out 'Amazon.com'.

My 2c worth is also to consider what type of camera you want as much as what brand.

1).. 12v front-facing (or front & rear facing) mounted to your Spyder.

Pro's - no battery to have to charge, always on if your Spyder is running, discreet.
Con's - Only captures what's directly in front (or in front or behind) while your Spyder is running.

2).. Battery powered front-facing (or front & rear facing) mounted to your Spyder.

Pro's - Discreet, no wiring into the Spyder needed. Will record even if your Spyder is turned off.
Con's - Needs to be charged up, only captures what's directly in front (or in front or behind), you need to remember to turn it on.

3).. Battery powered, freestyle mount on your chest, helmet, glove etc.

Pro's - Not so discreet, will record whatever you point it at if you are sitting on your Spyder or not. Can be useful for 'off the bike' encounters. Will record even if your Spyder is turned off.
Con's - Needs to be charged up, might draw unwanted attention if you get into a shouting match, you need to remember to turn it on.

There's probably more pros/cons but this is all I can think of at the moment.

I have the INNOVV K7 (front and back 2K cameras system) and that work great pair to a micro sim 512gb, fairly easy to install.

Has a mic, and GPS location as well, 12 V system.

I have the VIOFO MT1and have no complaints about the system.
It will support up to a 256Gb microSD card. When recording, it gives you two files for the same time, front and rear.

Let me guess. Some idiot in a jacked up pickup, right?
