Another BBQ Joint to Check Out

The folks at the hospital where Cindi works have been bragging to her about this place ever since they found out about Dan's quest to find the best BBS in Michigan/Indiana/ohio. Anyhooo...Thought I'd post the info and see if Dan and the rest of the crowd want to go on a day trip to check it out..Anybody ever here of South Carolina White Sauce?...A new entry to judge....

That is in my neck of the woods. I live in Athens only 20 minutes or so away. I will try to get there in the next few weeks to check it out and report back!!

hope to try them all. being around toledo, but in michigan, i do like City BBQ on Central Ave. in Sylvania. I know it's a chain, but I think the food is pretty good and good for both states.

Willis location looks interesting. don't get to battle creek too often but will try if in area. love bbq, and trying all different types.
