Drones are becoming ever more popular. Fact is, I wouldn't mind having one myself. But I would never ever dare flying it near my house. Because of this;

I live about eight miles from an Air Force Base. These things constantly fly over my house. I'm also within a half mile of the landing approach corridor. I don't want to piss these folks off.

Me Too! Elmendorf and Ft. Richardson are within 10 miles. Lots of air activity with the Raptors and big time movement of the heavy cargo planes.
