• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

And...shes home!!!

If you are a position five rider be aware of foot position with floorboards. I purchased CanAm floorboards and they are very uncomfortable, one needs to be a balarina (sp) to set ones foot flat onto them. Someone up in Valcour had a brain cramp

AWSOME

VERY NICE, WHITE WITH THE BLACK. MAYBE A LITTLE BIT OF SILVER OR RED PIN-STRIPING, BUT NOT TOO MUCH. THE F-3 IS A GREAT LOOKING BIKE

That's a good point. I hadn't thought of the foot position. Do you use them or did you have to remove?

:congrats:

I'll be you're the talk of the neighborhood now. I can ride/drive home in any vehicle and no one notices; but when a truck parks in the street and off-loads something everyone gets curious.

I went through the same and was not all that happy with the floorboards. The ultra high position of the brake pedal made matters worse.

Then I got my Russel Day Long seat which changed my riding position and posture a bit. Had to move the floorboards to position 4 and every thing changed. The floorboards are very comfortable now. I lowered the brake pedal to a more comfortable height and am very happy with the riding comfort now.

Everyone is different, good thing there are so many options out there.

Can you work with the dealer on price / (free?) installation of options?

If so, consider:

All three USB ports (one in trunk will need a quick disconnect)
Fog / Aux lights
Heated hand grips
Cruise Control (if not standard - easy upgrade)
Windshields - stay away from BRP and get an adjustable Madstad or F4
Floorboards - I got the BRP boards and they are good (but price) PS - there are good aftermarket ones

Once finished, you will love the F3
