Just returned from a week up in Knoxville, Tn. Riding in the hills of Tennessee and attending the International Gold Wing Road Riders rally, Wing Ding. Just before leaving Mississippi, I decided that it was time for a new rear wheel on my :spyder2:. I call one dealer up in the area, did not have a wheel in stock so tried Alcoa Good Times in Alcoa, Tn. They had tires in stock and made a appointment with them.
Great service I received from them. Beside putting on a new shoe for the :spyder2: they answered my question about using oil. I noticed that after my 3000 mile trip in June the :spyder2: was very low in oil. It was time for an oil change so talked to my dealer in Hattiesburg, MS about it but said they did not find a leak. But once again after the 100 miles home from the dealer and 400 miles to Knoxville, the oil was low. I asked the service manger at Alcoa Good Times if they had others with using oil, he said that they would check it out while installing the tire. In a short time the oil problem was solved.
Thanks Alcoa Good Times. :2thumbs:
Wish all dealers was this knowledgeable and had this kind of customer service.
