There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. 300 Miles for Hushpuppies

A group of Arkansas Spyder riders met Saturday morning in Sherwood, Arkansas and took a windy, circuitous path on some beautiful state highways to get to Mt. View. We ate at JoJo's on the River (White River) and I had some of the best hushpuppies I've ever eaten. They were bite-sized like little donut holes and just as addicting.

It was really a beautiful day - I love this shot of the reflection on the fender:

Spyder on the Square at Mt. View. The lady in the photo kept eyeing the Spyder and finally she and her husband and friends came over to talk. Turns out they were in CMA like me and we shared stories for 15-20 minutes. She rides a Harley trike and I'm hoping she'll go try an RT now ;)

Hushpuppies

Awesome, I have to put this spot on my list. Looks like a great ride!
Hey Mickey, I agree. Let's take a ride there sometime soon. It looks like Mt. View is about 224 mi from Cuba, MO. About 4 1/2 hours.

300 miles just to eat-seriously? LOL As an ex Goldwinger (we all know their rep when it comes for food) the fun is in getting there. Hope you ate enough for the return trip.

Glad you had a great ryde! We do a Mt. View pretty often.

Sure wish we could have gone, but we just purchased a 5th wheel toy hauler and Friday night we were loading the bikes and his motorcycle fell through the ramp. Yup, it was rotten on the bottom board that couldn't be seen because of the fiberglass outer skin.

So Saturday was spend tearing up the ramp. And I do mean destroying the ramp!

Would much rather have been along with you!

The funny thing is, my return trip was only about 70 miles to my house. That morning I went south about 60 miles to meet the other riders and then we went west and north and then east again on the various highways to get to Mt. View. So my return trip was almost due south and I was home in a little more than an hour ;)

 That stinks!! I hope the bike is OK - that was no way to have to spend a beautiful Saturday.

You guys still going on an anniversary trip this weekend or will you be around Thursday night for the Special Olympics ride? Let me know! I'd love to see y'all!

Won't be able to make the Special Olympics ride or going anywhere for the anniversary. That busted ramp has us scrambling. We are planning to go with friends in June for a 2 week vacation with the bikes and our time is running out to get everything ready.

So....the ramp rebuild project is in full swing in the evenings around here.

Hope you have lots of fun. Next time you get this way, give us a call or if we head your way, we'll call. Maybe we can meet up for a sonic run or something.

4 hours for me to get home. I think spyderpops and Lee made it in about 3. Saw another auto in ditch on hwy 9. Don't think one of the occupants made it... A blanket over the window.

Farmgirl needs hushpuppies
