2021 RTL - SE6 wont shift!? Any clues how to fix?

My brand new 2021 Spyder RTL is in the shop waiting for BRP to respond to dealer. Only 300 miles on the trike and it won’t go into gear reverse or first. Starts but no gear shift. This is the automatic version. Anyone out there have a clue on how to fix this.

BRP has had recent issues with the PADDLE shifter mechanism..... I think they are being re-placed under warranty ..... Mike :thumbup:

It sounds to me like it is the reverse actuator switch. When it goes bad it won’t shift into any gear. I have had mine replaced twice.

OK, thanks. That's an operational characteristic I wasn't aware of and is not obvious from the part name.
