Newer owner, the 2018 has 13,000 miles, I’ve put about 1000 miles on the RTL so far. The brakes have felt “spongy” from my first ride, I’m paddle shifting to let the motor slow the trike at every stop. Is this normal? The brakes do squeal a bit till they warm up, then no noise. I think that may be a separate topic… thought I’d reach out to the forum before I go the service route. Your responses are appreciated.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Did you get any service records when you bought it?
Brake fluid is hygroscopic, which means it absorbs moisture from the air over time.
In the Maintenance Schedule section of my Operator's Guide it says the brake fluid should be changed every two years, regardless of the mileage.
