• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lamont's there but no mention of the auction bike. BRP probably made a duplicate to sell 1 also to not be outdone.
The opening is at the beginning of Sturgis to get a lot of bidders lined up early.
They may want to make a big splash with Vets as there will be a lot there and they are all getting older and who BRP
would probably want an edge to have them switch
to Can-Am instead of going to some other name brand trike.

I am bringing the Road Warrior bike with me to show but that's not what's in the box. Road Warrior is still putting together a plan for that bike. I'll post as soon as I know what their plans are. :doorag:

with lamonsters reputation of keeping BRP's secrets I would say he knows and letting everyone wait till the day of reveal

post loads of pick and info lamont when they reveal for us saps that didn't go
 
How likely is it that so many people log on to SL around 1245 Friday that the site crashes? I would be both angry and amused.

With a crate this big and considering it is at Sturgis where trailering your bike in has become as common as riding it, I think Can-Am is unveiling a trailer to tote your Spyder(s) from rally to rally. :roflblack:

If not, maybe they added Air Conditioning to the new RT. After all, they perfected the heater a few years ago. ;)

IMO: on the back burner and getting dusted about every 6 months or so. A whole lot of discussion in months and years past. Viable and affordability were questioned quite a bit. This was a project where BRP got a lot of govt. (Canadian) money for research into the project when "green" was in. Will it come back??? :popcorn::popcorn::popcorn:

I was wandering if the it will be "the Hybrid" with a painted dashboard, the auto makers have the hybrid cars, maybe ?????? BRP will ????????

It is CanAm's version of the slingshot called the Boomarang. Ha! In all reality I would guess it is the 2016 RT that has been redesigned with the tubular frame of the F3 and the same front end as the F3 with a little better lines. Or it could be the F3 Limited.
