2016 F3 Limited Saddlebag Emblems / Badges Removal

Hello All,

I have searched but I cannot seem to find an answer to my question. I am not a big fan of emblems / badges and would like to remove the Spyder Limited Badge from the saddlebags. I cannot tell though if this can be done or not. I.E. I want to make sure the surface underneath is smooth and there is no indents meant to hold this badge. Looking inside the saddlebag it looks like there might be an indent but I can’t be sure. Looking to know if someone has some experience here? Thank you in advanced.

Never had them off, but looking at the exploded parts view it looks like the emblems have pins on them. The saddlebags have matching dimples.

Emblems on F3 saddlebags.

I bought a used 2016 F3T and the previous owner had removed the emblem from the saddlebags. There are 2 grooves or dimples on each saddlebag left from removing them. I don't notice them anymore.
