There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. 2014 RT-S MPG Report for Texas (V2.0)

Ok, stupid question time. Is there any reason there would be a mpg difference in an RT-S and a RT Limited?

It's actually not a stupid question at all!

But there shouldn't be ANY difference in the mileage between the two... Assuming that they're both loaded to the same overall weight, and ridden in the same manner! :2thumbs:

Well; the savings in gasoline costs ought to help... :D

Unfortunately I don't drive enough miles per year (7,000) in a car to justify the $120K price tag. Still, it isn't so much about the money as it is about efficiency, smoothness and quietness. I'm willing to shell out several thousand more for that. Fortunately Tesla will be coming out with a more affordable model in 2015, and they claim will be very similar to the S. My Prius was only $35K. $120K is a far cry from that, and my wife (being the logical and sensible woman she is) can't understand why I would consider spending that much money on a car that I would only drive 7,000 miles a year.

So I'll keep my Prius for a few more years. Times are a changin. More and more electric vehicles are coming out every year. Most of them I would never consider as a vehicle for me, but a few of them have my attention, and in a few more years, I'm sure I'll have a plethora of choices.

If you didn't have the Spyder ; I'd call this the perfect excuse to drive farther! :2thumbs:
If you could get the annual mileage up to, say... 120,000 miles; the savings would be AWESOME! :D

Here is mine.

Just did.........

back to back 43 + MPG! 43.11 and backed it up with 43.85 MPG. This machine continues to amaze me. Just keeps getting better. Took it to the dealer today for first oil change at 4027 miles. Took the long way (150 miles) home. What a beast of a machine! Loving this 1330 ACE/SE6 combo!

Have a great day, everyone.

Mileage updated (See first post). I finally reached 46 mpg!!!

:congrats:
:yes::ohyea::yes: :bowdown:
Question: How far do you go between fill-ups? (Have you tried an runs just to check what your range is?)

EDIT: More questions...
Have you tinkered around with tire pressures at all?
I went from 20, to 22 psi, and I think that it's helping with fuel economy...

...Although ride quality has degraded...

Bob, I fill up with fuel based on filling up at a couple of stations that I know have the cheapest price, so I don't usually push the RT to the 'E' mark. However, for fun, I did push it one time to 257 on one tank.

When I first got the RT, I did try to run higher pressure in the tires to increase mileage, however I found this to negatively affect handling (too much bouncing in the front) more than what it was worth, so I lowered it back down to 20 in the front; as I've found this to be the best balance between handling and fuel economy.

I should also say that I'm over 6K on the odometer and have noticed very little wear on the tires (front & rear).
