• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My cognac RT-Ltd should be ready for delivery by Thursday. Hopefully the tri-ax bars come in time but the CB won't be in until the 27th so it will go back then for that install then anyway. There won't be be much riding time left up here in NW Ohio but might get lucky and have a mild November. I have ridden on Thanksgiving day before.

This is easy... :D

Ride South!
If you hit water after 1200 miles or so, flip a coin, for the left, or right turn...
Keep flipping the coins, when you've got water starting back at you! :2thumbs:

New RT

Congrats on the new Spyder. I bought my RT-S in mid July & have 5300 miles on it & LOVE it. How much is the dealer charging you to install the Tri-Axis bars?? MarcusB

The tri-ax install is 3.5 hours. Total labor for bars, CB and trailer hitch & wiring was abt $800.

:congrats: And welcome to the budding group of very happy 1330 owners.

 To your new ride and new adventures aboard it.

Hope I make it to Honda East Toledo! I found yesterday that after my 1700+ mile trip to Lamonster's BBQ last week that the rear tire on the '10 RT-L is completely bald in the center. Yikes! It had plenty of tread when I left.

SNAFU! Turns out the GPS mount is different for the tri-ax bars. It will be overnighted and I'll get tomorrow. Bummed!

Well got it home about 6:00 tonight. I only got to put 20 miles on it and it is unbelievable. The 1330 and 6-speed are amazing. Can't wait to start putting in the miles and of course the farkling.
I couldn't bring the trailer home. They have the four wire plug attached but there is another wiring adapter required that they had to order. I don't plan on needing anytime soon anyway.

I made my first mod yesterday. I swapped the fuse for the rear trunk 12 V receptacle per Lamonster's video so it would be active all the time (battery). I'm waiting for the adapter to arrive so I can plug the Battery Tender into that receptacle.
