• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Have committed to buying a 2014 Spyder RT LE with 9K Kms on the clock, it was too good to pass on. Will be picking up on Friday. First item on the agenda is sourcing an OEM service manual, preferably paper copy, and installing passenger armrests for the Mrs.

Looking forward to Friday.

You'll have to go the dealer to get a paper copy, but I've read comments here they're around $200 to $300. Your best bet is go to www.canammanuals.com and buy the PDF version for about $30 and print out the pages as you need them. There are several supposed sellers but with one or two exceptions they are all the same seller. I'm not sure they are totally legitimate copies but they're the only ones available to us. BRP nor its manual publisher officially make electronic copies available.

Thanks, will check this out.

One other item needed but not in a hurray for is a trailer hitch. Will be towing an N-Line trailer.

Called the local Spyder dealer - $320.00 CDN taxes in for the 2013 service manual and the 2014 supplement. The supplement alone is $135.00 CDN taxes in. Can get a used 2013 out of the US for $60.00 CDN. Still looking for the 2014 supplement - may have to bite the bullet and buy new. Total for the used and ne would be less than the full pop. There is a fellow on YouTube who did it this way as well. Do prefer hard copy, but will probably get the digital version as well.

The arm rests have been ordered and are on the way.
