• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2011 Spyderfest parade through town

Just an observation when I was watching the video the RSs lights seemed to change or flicker (like you flashed your high beams ) when they hit the small rise in the intersection more so then the RTs. Now I see how that would irritate a car driver in front of you . I know that the head lights only have one setting and that a shade is raised and lowered for the difference between high and low beams .

Typical for projector lens lighting. They have a narrow viewing angle.

Don't think was your camera. When I got to see my RS in the rear view mirror the lights changed color, intensity, and on or off if going up or down a small grade. Was REALLY different!!! Suprized me!!! Then I get to see a Spyder coming at me and don't recognize it til it get's a LOT closer! I don't know what my RT or RS looks like from the front from a car as I am ON the bike!! But those lites on the bikes all seemed fairly normal to me. AND WOW WHAT A GROUP!!!!!!!!! I counted 128 but that was ALL of them I think.2Wheels count too!!And sure hope all had a good time on that ryde. Was REALLY nice to see all get back to Wagon Wheel in one piece. You all were out enjoying and the Big rig for ambulance went flying by heading your way and I got a little worried about ya"ll. But seems didn't need to. Thanks to all for makeing this Spyderfest a GREAT ONE!!! SEE YA'LL NEXT YEAR I HOPE!!!:2thumbs:

The lights have a very definite cut off line. Any slight change in the angle of the bike will have the effect of on/off. To demonstrate, pull up about 10 feet from your garage door (if you have an RS/GS/SM/SE) and note the very sharp line at the top of your light beam. If it isn't sharp and crisp, the headlights are not adjusted per the book.
