• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

running one step hotter plugs in 2010 Spyder?
Lamont any feedback from the training you had on using the 2011 heat range spark plugs on a 2010 RT?

I just happen to have sparkplugs that are the 2011 heat range irradiums. they are the same plugs as my Harley Fat Boy uses and bought 2 sets. one is installed in the fat boy now so figure instead of the other sitting arround would install in the Spyder.

any issues running one number hotter plugs in the 2010?

This is what he put on the irradium plug thread:

Lamont just informed me that BRP is calling for all 2011 and later Spyders to use the hotter DCP8EIX Spark Plug. I had previously listed this plug for only the 2011+ RT, which is not correct.

so the 2011 and later are recommended the hotter DCP8EIX and the 2010 and previous years the CDP9EIX.

I wonder what the effects of using DCP8EIX on a 2010 RT. just happen to have 2 new iridium in that size on the shelf. probably put them in over the winter and see next season what effects.
