• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

+Since the rules for #88 have now been changed from "A sign with the longest word" (for which I rode a plus-500 mile day the first week in April just to snag "Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg"), to the newly-Scrabbled rules, I traveled 200 miles today to capture its replacement. Yep, no negative impact here, as that earlier April ride was indeed pleasant, but long and cold. It's unfortunate that the achievement is so trivially tossed.

Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg is believed to mean “Fishing Place at the Boundaries — Neutral Meeting Grounds".

Am I interpreting item 2 too narrowly? I assumed that I needed the same town name (in my case, Centerville) in several states. Is it possible to have those, but also score points for Columbus, OH, TX, GA, etc, and Johnson OH, KY, etc?

Just curious...

Well !! After another two hours looking at the screen and poking around trying different things, I am giving up on this link thing, OR I could be held responsible for finding a hammer and using it on the computer which would not really solve any problems.
I have been back and forth to FLICKR.COM and searched for irishspyder and I have no problems checking photos. There are 4 pages and 63 photos,,, but I have no idea how to link them to here.
Ideas anyone ???
