There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. A few people here have made heat shields to stop the heat you would just have to search for them it is on here
If anyone buys a handbrake from someone that has made it and it only has 80% of the braking power they have used the wrong master cylinder if you are going to do a fabricated your brake do it your self. If not buy the ISCI the fabricated handbrake is not something you can just put on it is a lot of work but can be done I did one on the wifes spyder it has 100% braking power we love it. I have the RT-S I will be getting the ISCI handbrake for mine.
