• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    In addition get some Non-Ethyl Gas and fill the tank .......I pump up my tires to just below max PSI, to help prevent flat spotting ..... and I would remove battery and store inside .....Mike :thumbup:

    My Problem Free time with the RT is over!

    I have a 14 RT (83,000 mi.) and started getting the "limp home code" with the usual warning lights etc. 2 years ago. However, it has not affected the operation of the bike. I'm actually getting better gas mileage while this is going on... Good luck..... Mike :thumbup:

    No, it wasn't me - But today (Sun) at 6:30 pm, a couple hit a bear on Rt 131 in Cavandish Vt. One person was seriously injured, unknown about the other. The White RT was demolished. The only thing that I could identify about it was that it had the "old" style fenders..... Mike :thumbup:

    Approx. half of my RT riding now is on dirt, & I have no problems! But going OFF-ROAD with any Spyder/Ryker is IMHO foolish... they only have ONE drive wheel! .... Mike :thumbup:

    Is it Ok to use ethanol gas? Anyone have problems?

    I have the 1330 engine and have used ethanol gas for the past 83,000 miles with no issues. I had two V-twins, and they used gas with ethanol with no issues either. There is a very, very slight issue with loss of power, but it is too small to measure... Good luck... Mike :thumbup:
