• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Power Commander V w/ Autotune insane!

Sorry if this sounds stupid but is this auto tune combined with the dyno jet v just a matter of plug in and ride and it in turn tunes the engine to run at its best? so that way there is no loading maps ect, and if so could you post the part numbers req to buy for a rs modal. thankyou:2thumbs:

    water wetter really works!!

I just replaced the coolant with engine ice it took about 45 minutes to pull panels of and drain and flush system out, the maker of this product say it should reduce temps by 10 degrees and flows better then normal coolent. Which allows the coolant to cool faster , any way at $30.00 each x2...

    139HP Rotax motor

Could you imagine the amount of tree huggers the bigger engine in the spyder would make, as they launched in to the tree tops because the power was just that much more agressive, I reckon the rs power is just right

    Amsoil in the SE5 ?

Yes I understand that but until I see on the back of the bottle/brp that this oil is made by castrol and packaged with the company logo being brp, then i will go back to castrol 5/40w sync but these toys/spyder are to expensive to have to worry about what oil to use It's cheap when you are not...

    Amsoil in the SE5 ?

Thats right run what they say to, yes motorcycle branded oils are more then likely fine to run in the spyder engine and don't forget that the rotex engine brand is also run in the bmw 800cc also aprilia rsv i think they use a differant brand of oil to service there brand yet it's from the same...

Does anyone use this oil in their spyder ?

Gen is short for genuine oil from brp, and the problem was severe vibration thur the engine and drive belt, so after they replaced the se5 clutch and other things which did not fix it brp kindly fitted a complete new engine:clap: the spyder has never been so nice to ride.
