• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Best mechanic in the Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and California area.

My current assessment is that they hired all the Yugo mechanics when that company went under. Horrendous service.

Any reputable dealers in Phx area?

I'm beginning to think the dealer that sold me my F3 is either dishonest, inept or both. Anyone using a dealer in the valley that you're comfortable with? My dealer is SlideNow by the way.

    F3 S- Motor Seize

The engine failure was caused by oil starvation. Engine was replaced by BRP and dealer was to ship blown engine straight to Rotax. Service advisor showed me a few pics. In addition to pics of metal chips etc, one was very interesting. Looking into end of oil filter, the inside diameter had...

    Whatcha think??

I doubt BRE holds any patent on the reverse trike concept, however, I'm betting they hold hundreds that cover integral assemblies, component parts and perhaps even the software that make the Spyder unique. im sure other companies are monitoring Spyder sales figures while working development at...

    F3 S- Motor Seize

Went in and ordered a windshield and brake rod for Ufit. Spoke with one of the salesmen I'd worked with. This F3 is still in the shop, awaiting a new engine from BRP. Told me there was a blockage in an oil passage, resulting in failure of internals. Didn't elaborate any further.

    F3 S- Motor Seize

Not sure how "wet" they are after testing and whether anything is drained before crating. I know in the company I work for (propulsion engines and APUs for major aerospace companies, the units are drained (very well I might add), prior to shipping. Freight companies do not like units full of...

Now some good news. Dealership called this morning and identical F3S is ready for pick up. Arizona bound-LAWS

Welcome Crazy.... While not new to AZ (moved here in 84 from MN), I am new to this forum and owning a Spyder. Summers are brutal, dust is thick, and weather is quirky. But from Oct to May, you cannot beat this place. While the desert isn't really scenic as most that live in the green belt...

    F3 Vibration

One would think that this harmonic, if RPM related, would also occur in the same RPM range in lower gears, but I don't see this in the postings....Everything revolves around speed in 6th gear. Hmmmm??????

    F3 S- Motor Seize

Ah Jack...you are wise beyond your years. Yes it was Ridenow. Entire process started out great, but went downhill from there. Wanted additional parts added...windshield and u-fit of front pegs....no inventory. And then this. While it may have been engine build, I do wonder about set up and...

    F3 S- Motor Seize

I stopped by on the way for groceries just to snoop a little. Everyone was, "We aren't sure what caused it".... And no details. Oil?...Sensor?...nothing. Just engine failure. I bet BRE will be anxious to help analyze it. ;)
