• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can Am Spyder F3 Auxiliary Light Kit Install Instructions missing

Once you see the instructions, it should be more clear to you. I also looked for LED bulbs but didn't have any luck finding any.

Can Am Spyder F3 Auxiliary Light Kit Install Instructions missing

Do yourself a huge favor and get yourself a 1/4 drive 12mm deep 'donor' socket and cut 2 grooves, one on either side to go over the 3 plastic locking pieces. The socket will go in from the backside to engage the tabs and enable you to lock them in with just a 1/4 turn. That's the only part of...

    Happy 50th Wedding Anniversary!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ruth Ann and Lomax Rosamond while they're visiting the island of Kauai for their 50th Wedding Anniversary. And now Ruth Ann can say she's driven a Spyder in 49 states. Happy 50th Anniversary you guys!

    No buyers remorse here.....

I traded in a 14RTL with only 3500 miles and several added accessories. I knew I was going to take a loss but I'm extremely happy and have no regrets, whatsoever! Bombing around Kauai is like no other riding experience I've had since I was 17 and my Dad was stationed in GITMO.

Got to brag on my buddy here - Pitbull Powersports

:congrats: Kudos to Len, Vanessa and the entire gang at Pitbull. Very well deserved! I wouldn't be riding the only F3 in Hawaii without your support!

    Another Helmet Question

I just picked up a discontinued Shoei RF-1100, which has huge ear pockets. If you search around you can still find them for about 50% off retail. It also has the eyeglass pockets.

    Shifting Into Neutral on SE6

I don't shift into neutral at a stop light or in grid lock traffic. I did that once, forgot I was in neutral and the bang into 1st after revving the engine and dropping it into gear was horrendous so I just don't bother.

    Spyder Rider Demographics

For me, age has nothing to do with it. If there were Spyders back when I was 16 and just learning how to ride, I would have owned one. I would have had to have mowed a million lawns to earn enough money, but I would have pulled it off. nojoke

    Blue Ridge windshield attachments

I did push down on the brackets when I tightened the long P6 torx screws and the mounts would still pull up easily. I can certainly try the red rubber hose washer approach or even replace the stainless steel studs with nylon, which should not hinder the break away feature. Besides, I'm 6"4" and...

    WOW blinker!

A nice little trick some do here on Kauai The first time I witnessed it, I couldn't believe what I had just seen. Now I always look for it. First on the line at an intersection, going straight, waiting for the light to turn green. Driver going in the opposite direction, also first on the...
