• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

It could be, it came with some mounting options, but not on my Spyder, mine is mounted under the headlight tupperware and the USB cable feeds up to my phone mount between the windshield and above the dash surround.

Any thoughts on Ground clearance on the RTL?

I added Baja Ron's Front Shock Pre-load Adjusters on mine and could raise the nose ground clearance buy about 3/4 in (with me on it), have a steep driveway entrance and never strike.

What Front Shocks Recommendations for a 2020+ RT?

I just had a ryding buddy, Dalmar J., trailer his Spyder down from snowy MN to Ron's to get the JRI's (and some other installs) and he's been gushing about what an improvement they've made. He's staying down there for a week and I get daily reports on how fantastic the JRI's (We already...

Need to replace 2013 left lower side panel - can't get my Lava Bronze color, only Black. Any suggestions?

Another option, would be to take both left and right side panels to a wrap shop, and have them both wrapped in a custom matching color that would accent the rest of the bike, or a Bronze Carbon fiber or something. This might be cheaper than painting one side.

Need to replace 2013 left lower side panel - can't get my Lava Bronze color, only Black. Any suggestions?

Tell us which Dealer and maybe some MN Spyderlovers can be allowed to take a look, but any autobody shop should be able to color match your Spyder's color and paint the black part.

Any ideas on a repair/fix for a Suspension Air Bag Leak?

I've fixed both a 2013 and a 2018, ended up converting both to a straight fixed airline from the schrader valve to the top of the airbag. Discussed at length here on SL forum.

I don't understand 'Trip Statistics'... am I holding it wrong?

In all of that dash and button menu manipulation, you can pause either of the Trip memories so it's not counting time while ignition is left on. I use Trip A for the current day's ride and Trip B for the whole outing/trip.

Need to Adjust Seat Backwards after dealer visit - any hints on DIY?

If you look at the witness marks where the latch bolt is currently mounted, you might even see the previous mounting spot. Since both that latch bolt and the two rear bolts have (or should have) fore and aft adjustable grooves if all three are loosened slightly, disconnect the seat strut from...

Replaced Tires, got Codes C006C, U0416, & C003A plus Limp Home Mode - Help?

OK, so the 55 or 60 isn't the width, it's the sidewall height in relation to the 165 width. You went to a tire size that is recommended by many past Ryders, so that shouldn't be the cause. Have you tried disconnecting the battery completely, waiting a while, then reconnecting?

What does your dealer charge for a rear tire replacement? This much??

I just had Caswell's replace all three of my OEM Kenda's with Vredestein's and they perform FANTASTIC! I had them do the 9,300 mile service and some custom mods and upgrades that I wanted, so I don't have just the tire price, but I'm very happy with all the service and upgrades. I had them add...
