My 2014 RT has a small leak. When it was under warranty, I complained to the technician (a grumpy old bastard) who said that it was not leaking. At the time I had some small engine part repaired, and it took 3 weeks waiting for parts. They left my bike in the weather, rainy weather, for three weeks. The repair work was small. I was so PO'd at them I just walked out. They went out of business within the year, so...
My question is any ideas on a repair. I could possibly take it to a dealership, but I understand they don't want to work on 10-year-old RT's. Another possibility, I shudder to think what would happen, is to use tire repair air injection kit.
I currently have a quality portable battery powered air pump that I've set the pressure at and before each ride, I pump the bag to 50 or so lbs. I am guessing that is probably the best.
Thanks for listening to my story.
