• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just can't believe that it's May 1st 2025. I'm getting older and wiser I guess. But I'm told that now things are slowing down a little bit. Time seems to be running faster, at least it feels that way.
Any how Welcome to a New Month of 2025 ...MAY.

I have been working on my yard for a couple of months. Everything looks good but because of all the rain 🌧 showers it has been a challenge.
Now the Weather News People are saying that we will have Seven days of rain moving forward. So MAY 1st thorough MAY 8th. I think I need a boat!

Currently cloudy sky at 65°F with some rain on the way. So no Spyder Ryde Time for me. Maybe you can get out there.

Today's high will be 70°F with some showers.
Low at 58°F with more rain showers.
I will just work on some indoor projects. The wife always has a list for me.

Yesterday's sunshine was great. I was able to get out there and enjoy some Ryde Time. I hope you had some fun.

Late afternoon rain showers.

Sunday's high is 50!°F with all day rain.
Low at 47°F. A very wet day.

The Indy 500 Mini Marathon is scheduled for today (Saturday).
My Daughter is going to be a participant in it. Should be a good day to run 🏃‍♂️ 😌.
 
Good evening from the desert. I've been on a road trip with 100+ other Mustang owners for the last couple of days. Way too much excitement and fun to detail here. The weather has changed significantly for us. Yesterday it was sunny and 92. Today it was mostly cloudy, and we will see rain starting at about 8PM. High today was 80 degrees. We have a slight breeze and humidity of 36%. Tomorrow morning will bring more rain and the high will only get to about 70. This cool, wet weather is much needed and welcome. Stay safe..... Jim
 
Monday Morning and the rain has been here since 2am. So now we have some sprinkles.
I can see the puddles of water areas in my yard. Going to be to wet to cut for a day or two.
Oh well that's another story. I'm sure the wife has some fun projects for me to tackle.

Currently a lite rain and 50°F. Calling for some chances of getting wet in the afternoon.

The rain forecast for Sunday and Monday never arrived at my house. Parts of the valley did see some though. Currently: Cloudy, 67 degrees, humidity 51%, breeze at 4 MPH. The high today will be 73. The forecast has us warming each day until the weekend when we will see temperatures well above 100. I have a Snowbird friend who is selling his place here in the desert. He's in an assisted living facility in Seattle and unable to transport his car. So, I'm leaving the desert this weekend and driving it home for him. Getting out of the desert just in time. So I made the wife very happy. I cut the grass and then off on my Spyder Ryde. Guess what happened. My wife said she would like to Ryde. We enjoyed our 1 1/2 hour time together ❤️. It was her first Ryde Time this season. 😀

First off, Please Forgive me for not posting 'Mother's Day Wishes".
For Me it was a little sad because my Mom passed last May.
Anyhow I still had a great Day with my wife and her Mother.

Flew home yesterday after driving a friends car from Mesa, AZ to Seattle. Got my Seattle drizzle and terrible traffic fixes that will last me a while. Currently it's 81 degrees, clear blue sky, 3 MPH breeze, and 13% humidity. The high today will be 90 and the overnight low will be 59. Very pleasant. Stay safe..... Jim
 
Finally Friday and the weather has been somewhat on the warm side.
I am not complaining about it. So I will just move on down the road.
Today the wife and I are going to the 500 track. This is the Day that is called
'Fast Friday'. Just incase you are interested in the 500 Race.

Currently working on the ground/yard activities for this morning. The grass has been growing up very fast.
Seems like I need to cut every 5th day.
The wife said "it sure looks nice".

High today of 82°F with mostly sunshine 🌞.
Low at 58°F and a chance of evening rain showers.
Current temperature is 65°F.

Still extremely wet in some areas.
Even my yard has a wet area. Yesterday's rain showers were doable for me.

Currently have mostly clear sky at 61°F. Going to be a little cooler today than yesterday. No rain in our forecast for today.

High today of 67°F with some clouds.
Low at 50°F. Good sleeping temperature for me.

Yesterday's sunshine at the 500 Track was great. The wife and I enjoyed the time being together.
Kind of a 'date time'. If you know what I mean.

Warming up here in the desert. Currently: 86 degrees, humidity 19%, 4 MPH breeze, and no clouds. The high today will be 93. Overnight low, 66.
