• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How to calibrate your speedometer to agree with your GPS speed

How to calibrate your Spyders speedometer to read the same as your gps speed. You need BRP BUDS with a Megatech license in order to perform this calibration procedure. This worked on our 2015 Spyder but have not tried in on other models. https://youtu.be/QxUfciTfEO4

    Headlights, keyed. Why?

I would have to look at the schematic again, been a while. But I thought the headlights are also powered by the load shedding relay and another relay, so 2 relays for the headlights to work. So 1 could be stuck but would go off with the load shedding relay.

New Xenon Headlights, and RIVCO Bar Risers

Many folks who jumped on the LED bandwagon will disagree with you. But the fact is HID lights the entire projector beam lens and is brighter then any LED replacement bulbs out there. HID is a mature technology and why our spyder is using HID in the fog and headlight housings. They have been in...

2020 RT series are cool, but who's keeping their old Spyder

We own a 2015 RTL and will not "upgrade". My Wife and I think it is ugly, dislike the dash (prefer analog), does not have a dedicated GPS. The last thing we need when traveling is to have a silly app crash! Since it has dedicated LED headlights if we do not care for the brightness there is no...

    CAT removal legality?

Access to back of left and right fuse blocks

Yes you can, that is how I got switched power. The fuse blocks unmount. I had my frunk off when I did this so have no idea if you can remove the fuse blocks with it on.

Can Am Ryker 900 Hard Fact’s - Mike Mas

It is like your tool box, each tool has a specific purpose. For Meg and I an RTL is the right tool for our riding style. If riding alone a Ryker might be an enjoyable tool for that purpose. As others said they own and like both. If I rode alone and for buzzing around town, I bet the Ryker would...

    Wheels falling off?

Mike, You are a legend. Started flying R/C models in the 80's and flew a Hirobo Shuttle back then. I remember all the contests you won back in the day. Today mostly fly 60 size heli's and quad copters. Did not know you were a Ham as well (KA2PFL). Was also into ATV back in the 80's too but only...

Has anyone tried Hankook Ventus V4 ES H105 - Size: 175/55R15 Front Tires?

Going to install a Yokohama S Drive that already have on hand for the rear. We prefer direction tread tires, they squeeze the water out of the tread better then regular tires. The yoko and the hankook are directional tires.

Has anyone tried Hankook Ventus V4 ES H105 - Size: 175/55R15 Front Tires?

Thanks for your reply. How is the grip and wet weather traction? And what PSI are you running?
