• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    First oil change

    The first oil change on these machines is "interesting" and takes a while. By the 3rd time you will have it done in 30 minutes - getting hex and star(torqs) sockets is a good investment and makes the job easier. :thumbup:

    Who is right about oil flow in engine?

    It has a remote sump - many bikes have the oil sump at the base of the motor....but, after the oil goes through the motor it is pumped back into the remote sump and recirculated. It should not read significantly low....sounds like someone may not have put oil in??:shocked:

    I always ran the bungie cord under the seat to the top of the seat and closed it. - this way the seat can still be lifted.

    Statefarm Insurance

    I have State Farm for all my vehicles, home etc - When my Spyder burned up they were fast and very fair in my settlement. I had a pipe burst in my attic a couple weeks ago and they have been first class to deal with. Great company.
