There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Tire Air Pressure Gauge

I'm sold on the FOBO System. Check pressure before and after each ride. Now someone needs to come up with an electronic dipstick for the Spyder

I am also a bicyclist and have been using a Topeak Joe Blow Pro for years. It works fine on the Spyder front wheels but for the rear wheel I add a Harley valve extension http://www.harley-davidson.com/store/valve-stem-extension because the pump chuck won't clear the rear sprocket.

I refuse to let getting down on my knees to check pressure and/or add air (with the stem between 4 and 5 o'clock viewed from the left side of the Spyder) slow me down. My analog tire gauge with right angle chuck clears the standard valve stem so I only need the extension when adding air. BTW, if one uses a Harley portable compressor it comes with the flexible extension.

I use this one as well. Works great on the rear tire.

+100!

Also while riding if you have a tire going flat!...... You get a warning about it so you don't lose control!

I pickup a 0-20 psi guage at tractor supply. Great for the pointy end tyres. I run 16 psi N2, thus just fine.

Update

I picked up one of these from jthornton, who sent it right out, and took his suggestion on a bicycle pump:

I have never actually felt secure that my momentary pressure check with the digital gauge was actually accurate or trusted that the pressure was correct until today. I also loved the way it attaches and removes, making it far easier to fill the rear tire as well

I spent about $100 in total, but it was well worth the cost! Thank you to everybody for their suggestions.

So for $75.00 bucks; this is the right tool for the job...:2thumbs:
Question: How accurate is the gauge?

bob how accurate is the gauge is not the question even using that contraption you cant Guarantee both tires will be the same there is a lot of room for error meaning the person behind the tool if you take a half a second more to remove from tire then the other your all done psi will be different the key is to check it every ride that is part of the check list you should do and decent gauge will work you will get use to it and know where you like your tires the best

this one will do fine

You won't be sorry . . . and the real beauty of the dual fill is that you know both front tires are at the exact same pressure! If you do need to add air, you only pump once for both tires! Very simple. I've been using mine for well over a year and couldn't be happier with it.

I would not use that BRP gauge on a kids blowup toy! It is not accurate which is probably why BRP stopped supplying it.

Pretty neat but a bit over budget at $150 plus you need a cloud to follow you around. I have something too but it is over budget as well.

JT

Hi JT,
What is the difference between your $60 system & $75 system for front tire air pressure? $60 does not have a gauge & the $75 has a gauge?

Hi all,
I found JT's air filter system designed & built with high quality.
