Highway pegs?

I am looking for any information on how to find the style of highway pegs that attach to the "flares"
below the vent openings on the RT. The ones I've seen had a Spyder web design, and rested on the top edge of those flared body parts. I couldn't tell how they were mounted, however. I haven't been able to locate a vendor, so any help will be appreciated.

While the Rivco ones are not what the OP was asking about, I also like them very much. Just picked up a pair in black, like the ones in the picture in your link. Got them from Value Accessories, one of our sponsors. Will be installing them next week.
