Buyer beware!
I ordered some digital manuals for my RT and my wife's ST (since upgraded to an RT) and they were a COMPILATION of info and not the actual shop manuals. It was marketed as a complete 2014 manual with add-ons. What I received was a 2013 RT/RTS manual with an addendum for the 2014 engine. Many emails exchanged and no real 2014 manual. I quit arguing as my time is worth more than the $28.50 I paid for each alleged manual.
below is part of the emails...

This is just a simple misunderstanding.
The 2014 spyder manual is the 2014 supplemental portions with the 2013 base manual, it is exactly as advertised. I simply combined the 2014 supplemental portions with the 2013 portions that BRP did not change to make it easier than using 2 manuals. If you buy the 150.00+ book from your local dealer you’ll have to buy 2, the 2013 & the 2014 supplement, then it won’t have half the information than the one you bought does. The 2014 had the all new larger engine, which the manual you bought fully covers.
The few watermarks that are in the manual do not block text, I take great care to ensure it.

This was marketed as a 2014 manual. NOT as a 2013 manual with additions.
Sorry, but I am unhappy with your marketing. Additionally, your watermarks throughout the manual block some of the pictures and text.
How do I go about getting a refund? I will use my refund to purchase an original manual from the dealer.
