• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Getting ready to pull the plug and purchase a bajaron swaybar for my RT. What is the best setting for the shocks with the bigger swaybar? I have them on the 4th notch right now.

So many things are pending...I would start at 3 and go from there...or keep it where it is at and try different settings to see what you like.

Depends..!

I backed off one and later went back up. But a lot has to do with your ryding style and comfort. You will have to try and find your best level.. You'll love the new handling....:ohyea:

I recommend you leave the shocks as they are so that you know exactly what difference the sway bar is making. If you install the sway bar and adjust the shocks at the same time it's harder to tell what is doing what.

Typically, after installing the sway bar you can reduce the shock spring pre-load setting to get a better ride. But I highly recommend riding it as is, at least long enough to know which way you'd like to go. Then experiment with the spring setting and see what results you get.

I have a 2010 RS and I have on setting 3 for awhile and have noticed that when going into right turns I was getting the nanny>>> So I went to 4 and it is a little rougher ride but it handles alot better into sharp right turns and twisties..... So you just have to experiment with your riding style to get a the feel you want.... Oh yeah I do have the Ron Sway bar too.......

A set of stock RT shocks will help and may not give you as harsh a ride.

my 2012 RT came with shocks on softest setting, and with the Ronbar/links handles perfectly. I really charge the corners too. Haven't thought about changing them because it ain't broke...:joke:
